Digital experience for a real estate development firm dedicated to revitalizing neglected land and creating innovative communities. Each of Thrive’s communities had their own website, leading to inconsistencies in the brand experience and presenting a challenge for their marketing team to update and organize ad spend. The new corporate website was ready for a cohesive approach.
The new digital experience houses showcases each community and optimizes for leasing conversion with clean, modern layouts. A subdued color palette maintains brand consistency while allowing the brand for each community to shine.
